This greek yogurt breakfast is nutritious and delicious. It's chocked full of protein and has some healthy fats from the pecans. I like to get the plain greek yogurt and put your own vanilla and sweetener because the flavored yogurts have sugar levels off the chart. I enjoyed this with a fantastic cup of peppermint tea. You can sweeten it with honey or stevia if you'd like. Hydration is important, as many times humans mistake thirst for hunger.
